Items are sent via Royal Mail from the UK.

If your parcel is delayed please check with your local delivery office, almost all delivery delays/problems are due to “while you were out” card not being left, or something similar.

Royal mail don’t consider items lost until domestically 15 days or internationally 30 days, so whilst i am happy to help and advise i can’t do anything until those dates have passed.

If you have any kind of fault with an item, please get in touch straight away and we will replace for you upon receipt of photographic evidence
